Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

Blue Plate Restaurant ("Blue Plate," "we," "our," or "us") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By enrolling in, signing up for, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

Our mobile messaging program allows us to send promotional and transactional text messages to customers who have opted in.

Promotional messages may include:

  • Special offers

  • Coupons

  • Limited-time promotions

  • New menu items

  • Holiday announcements

  • Restaurant news

  • Loyalty and rewards updates

Transactional messages may include:

  • Order confirmations

  • Order status updates

  • Loyalty account notifications

  • Account verification messages

  • Other customer service communications

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Message frequency varies but will not exceed 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number through one of our approved methods, including:

  • Signing up on our website

  • Joining our loyalty or rewards program

  • Completing an in-store sign-up form

  • Checking the SMS consent box during online ordering or account registration

  • Any other authorized Blue Plate Restaurant enrollment method

By opting in, you certify that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Blue Plate Restaurant, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a purchase.

If your mobile phone number changes, you agree to notify us before the new number is used in our messaging program.

After opting in, you may receive a confirmation message such as:

"Thanks for signing up for Blue Plate Restaurant text messages! Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance."

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying:

STOP

You may also use any of the following commands:

  • STOP

  • END

  • CANCEL

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • QUIT

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your request has been processed.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and are your responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Program.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Disclaimer

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Blue Plate Restaurant is not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.

Not all mobile carriers may support the Program.

Changes to These Terms

Blue Plate Restaurant reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time.

Any updates will become effective when posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
